We at CFE International take great pleasure in announcing the grand prize winner in this year’s Salt Fish Recipe Contest.
Our congratulations go out to, Vivian Taylor of Middleburg, FL who submitted Isla Brisa Fra Diavolo.
Second place is awarded to Ms. Josie Lanzi of New Port Richey, FL for submitting Salted Cod Shells Florentine. Our second place winner will receive $200.00usd.
Ms. Merry Graham of Newhall, CA is awarded third place and will receive $100.00usd for her recipe of Bacalao Thai Taco Crisps.
Recipes receiving Honorable Mention are Bacalao Aranchini w/ citrus sauce, submitted by Ms. Magdalena Hichez of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and Poblano Peppers Stuffed with Bacalao submitted by Claudia Anderson of New Orleans, LA. The honorable mention winners will each receive $50.00usd.
