We at CFE International take great pleasure in announcing the grand prize winner in this year’s Salt Fish Recipe Contest.
Our congratulations go out to, Suzanne Banfield of Basking Ridge, NJ who submitted Salt Cod Fiskegrateng. Ms. Banfield is the winner of our $1,000.00usd grand prize. Selected from hundreds of entries, this recipe was voted the very best by CFE’s panel of Salt Fish connoisseurs.
Second place is awarded to Ms. Damaris Castillo de Nin of Santo Domingo, DR for submitting Cannelloni Filled with Spinach and Salted Cod. Our second place winner will receive $200.00usd.
Mr. Rick Browne of Ridgefield, WA is awarded third place and will receive $100.00usd for his recipe of Rick Browne.
Recipes receiving Honorable Mention are Thai Salted Pollock Stir Fry, submitted by Ms. Brenda Watts of Gaffney, SC and Sweet Potato Codfish Cakes by; Chera Little of Cedar Park, TX. The honorable mention winners will receive $50.00usd.
