CFE is pleased to announce the following six finalists in the 2015 Salt fish Recipe Contest. They are listed in alphabetical order.

Sweet Potato Cod Fish Cakes by; Chera Little of Austin, TX
Cannelloni filled w/ Salted Cod & Spinach by; Damaris Castillo de Nin of Santo Domingo, RD
Pesto Portobello Pizza w/ Salted Cod & Caramelized Onions by; Angela Spengler of Tampa, FL
Thai Salted Pollock fillet Stir Fry w/ Spicy Peanut Sauce by; Brenda Watts of Gaffney, SC
These six recipes will be prepared by a professional executive chef and will be reviewed by our panel of saltfish experts.
CFE will announce the winner on May 29, 2015.
